Yvonne is an associate based in our Frankfurt office. She focuses on advising national and international clients on private equity and M&A transactions as well as on general corporate law.
Before joining Lupp + Partner Yvonne gained practical experience as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at a large German commercial law firm and at an established medium-sized commercial law firm in Stuttgart.
Yvonne studied law at the University of Passau and University of Iceland. She completed her Master of Law (LL.M.) at the University College Cork, Ireland.
