Alexander is an associate based in our Munich office. He specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, he gained practical experience in the areas of corporate law and M&A as a trainee lawyer at Linklaters and as a student assistant at Allen & Overy.
Alexander studied law at the LMU Munich and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
