Associate

Jana is an associate in the Lupp + Partner Berlin office. She focuses on venture capital and M&A transactions as well as on general corporate law.

Before joining Lupp + Partner Jana gained practical experience as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at two large international commercial law firms in Munich and also a boutique funds law firm in Berlin.

Jana studied law at the University of Passau. She completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
