Lupp + Partner berät Captiva beim Erwerb eines Baumarktportfolios
Lupp + Partner hat Captiva, einen Immobilieninvestor und Asset Manager, beim Erwerb eines Baumarktportfolios rechtlich beraten. Der Ankauf erfolgte für den von der Service-KVG IntReal aufgelegten offenen Immobilien-Spezial-AIF Fonds “DIY Value II”. Verkäufer des Portfolios war Patrizia. Das Transaktionsvolumen beträgt 96 Millionen Euro.

LUPP + PARTNER ADVISES CAPTIVA ON THE ACQUISITION OF A DIY STORE PORTFOLIO
Lupp + Partner has advised Captiva, a real estate investor and asset manager, on the acquisition of a DIY store portfolio. The acquisition was made for the open-end real estate special AIF fund “DIY Value II” launched by capital investment company (Service KVG) IntReal. The seller of the portfolio was Patrizia. The transaction volume is 96 million Euros.
