Erwerber von WebPros sind von CVC Capital Partners beratene Fonds. Die Co-Investoren werden neben Oakley einen Teil Ihrer Proceeds reinvestieren, um von langfristigen Wachstumschancen und neuen Produktentwicklungen bei WebPros zu profitieren.

Lupp + Partner has advised the co-investors of the financial sponsor Oakley Capital on the sale of the WebPros group and the future reinvestment. WebPros is one of the leading global SaaS platforms for server management and it focuses on the automation of web hosting, VPS and cloud hosting.
Funds advised by CVC Capital Partners have acted as purchaser. The co-investors will reinvest a portion of their proceeds alongside Oakley to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and new product developments at WebPros.
