Lucinta Klagge
Associate
Lucinta is an associate at Lupp + Partner based in our Berlin office. She is part of our venture capital and M&A practice and advises companies and investors on corporate transactions as well as on general corporate law matters.
Before joining Lupp + Partner as an associate, Lucinta gained practical experience as a trainee lawyer and research assistant in our Corporate M&A department and at a large international commercial law firm in Berlin.
Lucinta studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
