Katharina Kanz, LL.M.
Associate
Katharina is an associate and member of the IPT team at Lupp + Partner based in our Munich office. She advises on information technology law and data protection topics, combining her practical experience gained at the German Federal Ministry of Justice (Legal Tech division), Milbank LLP (corporate law), and Latham & Watkins LLP (IP/IT) with research work at Saarland University in AI and data protection law.
Katharina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Information Technology Law from Saarland University, passed both German state examinations in Berlin, and is currently pursuing a doctorate on international legal tech contracts at the European University Viadrina.
