Valentin is an associate at Lupp + Partner based in our Munich office. He is part of our Employment, Benefits & Executive Contracts practice and advises companies on individual and collective employment law, with a focus on restructurings, works constitution matters, and employment aspects of M&A transactions.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Valentin gained practical experience in the employment law practice of Latham & Watkins in Munich.
Valentin studied at the University of Regensburg. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
