Senior Transaction Lawyer

Kseniia is a senior transaction lawyer based in our Munich office. She specializes in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital Transactions, both in a national and international context. Kseniia holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in legal studies from the University of Passau. Kseniia speaks German, English and Russian.

Before this, Kseniia obtained a bachelor’s degree from MGIMO in Moscow and she was also a legal intern at Rödl & Partner in their Moscow office.
