Johannes is a private equity and M&A partner based in our Berlin office. He advises financial sponsors, corporate clients, venture capital funds and family offices on private equity, M&A and venture capital transactions across various sectors with a particular focus on technology and healthcare.

Johannes specializes in private equity and M&A transactions and also advises on venture capital investments. His focus areas include the technology (Software, AI/IoT) and healthcare (MedTech) sectors. He also has extensive experience with complex, cross-border transactions, carve-outs and corporate reorganizations in the pharma, chemicals and energy sectors.

Before joining Lupp + Partner in 2021, Johannes worked in the global transactions department at a magic circle firm.
