Erik is a private equity and M&A partner based in our Berlin office. He specializes in private equity/venture capital transactions and cross-border and national mergers and acquisitions. Erik focuses on transactions of regulated targets such as FinTechs, banks, insurance, ambulatory health centers, and hospitals. In addition, he advises on corporate insolvency law and investments in distressed situations.
Before joining Lupp + Partner in 2021, Erik was an associate at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and New York. In addition to his legal training in Germany (Passau and Hamburg), Erik earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London.
