Christian has a broad range of experience and expertise in all types of national and international M&A deals, private equity transactions, and venture capital investments (eg. share and asset deals, LBOs, management buy-outs, majority and minority investments, auction processes, seed investments, financing rounds and exits).

Christian is a partner for M&A/Corporate at Lupp + Partner in Munich. He regularly advises national and international clients on transactions, joint ventures, cooperations, reorganizations, management participation schemes, and general corporate matters, with regard to commercial and contract law issues. His previous projects covered a wide range of sectors (IT/Software, Tech, Healthcare, Medicine, Automotive, Food, Logistics, Energy etc.) and jurisdictions.

Recent transactions

• advised EQT portfolio company Evidensia on the acquisition of Tierklinik Hofheim (the largest veterinary clinic in Germany) and 50+ further veterinary clinics and practices in the course of a buy-and-build-strategy
• advised NEC Oncolmmunity AS on the acquisition of the Neoantigen-Program from VAXIMM AG
• advised Dieter von Holtzbrinck Ventures on the sale of Sanubi GmbH
• advised MediaShop Intentional group on the acquisition of the Swiss online retailers BTOC AG and UBTC Switzerland AG
