Thermondo GmbH is Germany’s largest heating pump installer, pioneer of digitization in the German heating market and a leading contributor to climate-neutral living. With over 800 professional craftsmen it has replaced over 40,000 heaters since its foundation in 2013.

Founded in 2009, FeBeSol GmbH’s mission is to revolutionize the installation of solar systems with their future-oriented and process-driven approach. FeBeSol GmbH has installed more than 6,000 PV systems in Germany and abroad.
The acquisition will accelerate Thermondo GmbH to be a top 10 player in the PV market in addition to its no 1 position in the German B2C heat pump market place.
