Transaction Lawyer
Yanina is a transaction lawyer in our Frankfurt office. She focuses on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital Transactions. Yanina holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in German and International Law from Goethe University Frankfurt, as well as a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Charkiv. Additionally, she completed studies in German law at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Yanina brings a broad range of professional experience in the legal sector. She speaks German, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
