Transaction Lawyer
Manuel is a transaction lawyer in our Munich office, focusing on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions. Before joining Lupp + Partner as a transaction lawyer, Manuel gained practical experience as an intern at a large international law firm and as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at Lupp + Partner.
He studied law at the University of Passau and completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main.
