Moritz Richter
Senior Associate
Moritz is a senior associate based in our Munich office. He focuses on advising international clients on private equity transactions.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Moritz founded a start-up in the F&B industry, served as Managing Director of a group of pharmaceutical companies, and practiced as an attorney at a large international law firm from the US, specializing in M&A.
Moritz studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and the University of Cambridge.
