Counsel
Marc is a counsel at Lupp + Partner. He advises national and international corporates as well as private equity funds and family offices on all kinds of M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He has extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence, advising on M&A deals and negotiating transaction agreements.
Prior to joining Lupp + Partner, Marc was a counsel in the M&A/corporate department of one of the “Big Four” professional services firms in Munich. Prior to this, Marc was a lawyer at two Munich-based transaction boutiques.
