Leonie is an associate in our Hamburg office. She specializes in advising both national and international clients on post-acquisition disputes and related litigation and arbitration as well as private equity and M&A transactions.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Leonie worked for several economically oriented law firms in Hamburg accompanying her education. Leonie studied law at the University of Hamburg.
