Kerstin is a private equity and M&A partner based in Frankfurt office. Previously of a magic circle firm Clifford Chance, Kerstin spent over 25 years as a partner. She has extensive experience in advising mid-cap private equity investors on a wide variety of transactions and investments throughout Europe.
