Dominik is based in our Berlin office. He specializes in national and international corporate transactions, in particular in the areas of M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and venture capital with a focus on the IT, technology, NewSpace, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries. He also has expertise in search fund transactions. In addition, he regularly advises on general corporate law (in particular limited liability company and stock corporation law), corporate governance, compliance as well as national and international transformation processes. In addition to his legal training in Germany (Regensburg, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg), Spain (Madrid), England (Oxford), and Singapore, Dominik completed a degree in business administration.
Before joining Lupp + Partner in September 2021, Dominik spent more than six years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (as Principal Associate) and more than four years at Morrison & Foerster.
