Clemens is an senior associate at Lupp + Partner. He advises both national and international clients in private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions. Clemens studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and earned his Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. As an attorney, he is qualified as a German Rechtsanwalt and as an Attorney at Law in New York.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Clemens clerked and lead a small team of Legal Assistants for a vendor in the United States legal department of a global company. in Austin, Texas. As a trainee lawyer, he subsequently gained experience clerking for an international law firm in Frankfurt.
