Bao-Ngoc is a senior associate based in our Munich office. She works in the firm´s corporate and tax departments and advises national and international clients on all aspects of corporate and tax law with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as tax-efficient reorganizations.
Prior to joining Lupp + Partner, Bao-Ngoc worked as an associate at an international law firm.
