Anna-Lena is a private equity and M&A partner based in our Frankfurt office. She advises national and international private equity funds and related portfolio companies on the whole PE transaction lifecycle as well as on general corporate law and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Anna-Lena practiced law at the international law firm Mayer Brown. She holds a Master of Law degree in International Business Law of King’s College London.
