Senior Associate
Angelika is a senior associate in our Munich office. She focuses on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. She advises national and international clients on the acquisition and disposal of shareholdings. Angelika also has vast experience in the field of acquisition finance. Angelika speaks German, Polish, English and French.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Angelika was a lawyer in the banking and finance department of a magic circle firm for three years, where she began her professional career.
