Trading under the brand name “Lomado”, Lomadox GmbH is a fast-growing online retailer specialising in bathroom furtniture. The acquisition enhances PremiumXL’s range of high-quality furniture and allows more efficient use of the joint warehouses and logisitcs infrastructure in the future.

Berlin-based Barfer´s Wellfood is a leading German producer and provider of biologically appropriate raw food (BARF) for dogs and cats. The global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) has acquired a majority stake in CSS AG (CSS). CSS is a leading German business software provider with a focus on accounting, controlling and human resources software.
