Raphael Söhlke is an experienced transaction lawyer who up to now was an associated partner as part of the Berlin based real estate team of P+P Pöllath + Partner. LUPP + PARTNER ADVISES THE INVESTORS OF KITCHEN STORIES ON THE SALE TO BSH HAUSGERÄTE

Lupp + Partner advised the investors of the popular Cooking-App Kitchen Stories on their sale to BSH Hausgeräte, a subsidiary of the Bosch-Group. Bits & Pretzels is one of the leading conferences in Germany for founders, start-ups and venture capitalists and will take place this year between 24 and 26 September in Munich. The Professional Management Network, a network of the leading internationally operating law and accountancy firms in Germany, nominated  Lupp + Partner in the category “Newcomer” for the PMN Management Award 2017. On 1 March 2017, Lupp + Partner will open a new office in Hamburg. In the context of the opening Carten Hohmann joins our firm as partner.
