1. Januar 2021 als Partner an. Dr. Drallé wird am Hamburger Standort der Kanzlei tätig sein. Vor seinem Wechsel zu Lupp + Partner war Dr. Lutz Drallé Principal Associate bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer und beriet dort primär im Technologie- und Lizenzrecht im Kontext internationaler M&A-Transaktionen mit einem Branchenschwerpunkt im Bereich Life Sciences/Biotechnologie. Zuletzt beriet der Carve-out Spezialist etwa BioNTech bei mehreren komplexen Kooperationsvereinbarungen und die Continental AG bei dem Carve-out ihrer Antriebssparte Vitesco Technologies.

The experienced IP/IT lawyer Dr. Lutz Drallé joins Lupp + Partner as a partner from 1 January 2021. Lutz will work from the firm’s Hamburg office. Before joining Lupp + Partner, Lutz was a Principal Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he primarily advised on technology issues and licensing law in the context of international M&A transactions with a focus on the life sciences/biotechnology sector. More recently, the carve-out specialist, advised BioNTech on several complex collaboration agreements and Continental AG on the carve-out of its powertrain division Vitesco Technologies.
