Lupp + Partner advised MediaShop International Group on the acquisition of the Swiss-based online retailers BTOC AG and UBTC Switzerland AG (“hobby-online.ch”). The investment was conducted as a combined share and asset deal and marks a further cornerstone in MediaShops’ growth strategy.
