Im Zuge dessen schließt sich Kristina Baurschmidt als Partnerin an. Kristina Baurschmidt ist eine ausgewiesene Expertin im Bereich Real Estate und folgt Lupp + Partner von K&L Gates, wo sie die letzten 10 Jahre als Partnerin tätig war. Ihr Beratungsschwerpunkt liegt seit über 15 Jahren im Bereich Immobilientransaktionen und Projektentwicklung, einschließlich gewerblichem Mietrecht und privatem Baurecht. Frau Baurschmidt wird von einem Senior Associate begleitet.

Lupp + Partner opened an office in Berlin on 1st March 2021. The office is well-positioned to advise the significant real estate business in Berlin with the addition of real estate partner Kristina Baurschmidt. Kristina is a recognised specialist in the field of real estate and joins Lupp + Partner from K&L Gates, where she was a partner for the last 10 years. Kristina’s expertise is real estate transactions and project development, including commercial landlord and tenant law and private construction law. She will be joined later by a senior associate.
