Dr. Tobias Brinkmann war zunächst bei Milbank in Frankfurt tätig, bevor er sich bei Herbert Smith Freehills auf die arbeitsrechtliche Beratung nationaler und internationaler Mandanten fokussierte. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte liegen auf der arbeitsrechtlichen Transaktionsbegleitung und personellen Restrukturierungsprojekten, zuletzt bei einem führenden internationalen Payment Provider in Berlin und an anderen Standorten.

The transactional law firm Lupp + Partner, which specialises in providing legal advice on private equity and M&A transactions, has now expanded its range of offerings to include transactional employment law. The addition of an employment law team is intended to strengthen the broader advice to management teams in the context of buy-outs and to enable comprehensive restructuring advice in transactions.

Dr. Tobias Brinkmann began his career at Milbank in Frankfurt before joining Herbert Smith Freehills, where he specialised in advising national and international clients on employment law. He focuses on M&A transactions as well as personnel restructurings, most recently with a leading international payment provider in Berlin and other locations.
