ATEMAG ist die erste Akquisition der Röko AB in Deutschland und repräsentiert die 26. Einheit, die Röko seit der Gründung von Röko AB im Jahr 2019 in Europa erworben hat.

Lupp + Partner advised the Swedish perpetual owner Röko AB on the acquisition of a majority in the outstanding shares of ATEMAG Aggregatetechnologie und Manufaktur AG as well as MBH GmbH Metallverabeitung through a holding company (collectively “ATEMAG”). In addition to Röko AB, the ATEMAG managers Maximilian Schmidt and Sebastian Herkert as well as other key members of the management hold shares in the holding company.

ATEMAG is Röko AB’s first acquisition in Germany and represents the 26th business unit that Röko has acquired in Europe since Röko AB was founded in 2019.
