Joining Lupp + Partner’s new Berlin office are three new counsels specialising in private equity, M&A, and venture capital transactions. Dr. Johannes Kater, formerly from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, focuses on private equity investments as well as general M&A with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. Dr. Dominik Moser, joining from Morrison Foerster will re-inforce the firm’s venture capital and private equity practices. And finally, Dr. Erik Göretzlehner, joining from Willkie Farr & Gallagher focuses on private equity investments as well as venture capital, equally sharing his time between the Frankfurt and the Berlin office.
