Lupp + Partner advised the shareholder of IQS Holding GmbH (“IQS-Group”) on the sale of all shares and subsidiaries to Scan Global Logistics A/S (“SGL”).  The IQS-Group is a leading automobile logistics specialist and offers support for worldwide infrastructural tasks linked to the organization and operation of testing projects regarding automotive prototypes in remote areas.

SGL is a global logistics group with a Nordic-based headquarter, offering its customers a wide range of global solutions for transportation and logistics with a broad coverage of air, sea and land transportation.
