Fortifi Food Processing Solutions („Fortifi“), ein weltweit tätiger Anbieter von Automatisierungslösungen, Software und Machine-Learning-Lösungen für die Lebensmittelverarbeitung, hat die SEPAmatic Gruppe („SEPAmatic“), ein deutsches Ingenieurunternehmen, das auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Separationsanlagen für die Lebensmittelverarbeitung spezialisiert ist, erworben. Mit der Akquisition stärkt Fortifi sein Portfolio an Technologien für die Lebensmittelverarbeitung und erweitert seine globalen Kompetenzen im Bereich Separationstechnik.

SEPAmatic mit Sitz in Deutschland entwickelt und produziert Separationstechnologien für die Verarbeitung von Fleisch, Fisch, Obst und Gemüse, darunter Niederdruck-Bandseparatoren, Lochblechtrommeln, Förderanlagen und Ersatzteile. Die patentierten Kühl- und Drehzahlregelsysteme tragen dazu bei, die Ausbeute und Produktqualität während des Separationsprozesses zu verbessern.

LUPP + PARTNER ADVISED FORTIFI ON THE ACQUISITION OF SEPAMATIC GRUPPE

Fortifi Food Processing Solutions (“Fortifi”), a global provider of food processing automation, software and machine learning solutions, has acquired SEPAmatic Gruppe (“SEPAmatic”), a German engineering company specialising in the development and production of separation equipment for the food processing industry. The acquisition further strengthens Fortifi’s portfolio of food processing technologies and expands its global capabilities in separation solutions.

Headquartered in Germany, SEPAmatic develops and manufactures separation technologies for red meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, including low-pressure belt separators, perforated drums, conveyors and spare parts. Its patented cooling and speed regulation systems help enhance yields and product quality during separation.
