Christopher Burch
Counsel
Christopher is a tax counsel based in our Munich office. He is a qualified lawyer and certified tax advisor and holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH)). He advises companies on transactional and structural matters in both a national and international context, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, private equity and real estate investments, corporate restructurings and management participations.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, Christopher gained several years of professional experience at an international law firm and a leading German tax boutique. He furthermore acquired substantial in-house expertise through several years of service in the tax department of an SDAX-listed company.
