LUPP + PARTNER ADVISED MAGUAR CAPITAL ON THE SALE OF ITS STAKE IN INGENTIS TO CARLYLE

Lupp + Partner has advised Maguar Capital, the leading B2B software investor in the DACH region, as lead investor on the sale of its stake in Ingentis group to the global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ:CG). As part of the transaction, the existing Ingentis management team are substantially reinvesting and will continue to lead the company. The transaction marks the second successful realisation from Maguar Fund I.

Lupp + Partner had already advised Maguar Capital on its investment in Ingentis in August 2021. The transaction underscores Lupp + Partner’s expertise in advising private equity investors on strategic growth investments in the technology sector.
