Counsel

Julian is a counsel based in our Frankfurt office. He advises corporates and financial investors on private equity and M&A transactions as well as growth equity financing rounds. In particular, Julian has extensive experience navigating international clients through the challenges of investing in Germany.

Before joining Lupp + Partner in 2024, Julian was a counsel in the private equity and transactions practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP for several years. Prior to Weil, he worked for KPMG Law on corporate law matters. During his legal training, he gained experience in the M&A teams of Linklaters’ Frankfurt and Hong Kong offices. Julian is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Germany since 2021 for Private Equity Law and since 2023 also for Corporate Law.
