David is a counsel in our Hamburg office. He advises on national and cross-border transactions which include classic M&A deals, corporate restructurings as well as public takeover proceedings and capital market transactions. He also regularly advises on general corporate law, corporate governance and corporate housekeeping as well as capital markets law issues.
Before joining Lupp + Partner, David worked for several years at a magic circle firm in Hamburg.
