Durch den Hintergrund einer Unternehmerfamilie, einen ausgewiesenen Track-Record als Mittelstandsinvestor sowie einen aktiven operativen Wertsteigerungsansatz unterstützt SEVEST ihre Portfoliounternehmen bei der Realisierung ihrer Wachstumspotenziale.

SEVEST acquired all shares in Advanced Space Power Equipment GmbH from the founding shareholders. Advanced Space Power Equipment is a leading German developer and manufacturer of satellite power electronics for advanced space applications.

Advanced Space Power Equipment develops and produces power electronic systems for satellites and space applications which control, distribute and monitor the energy supply on board satellites. The Salem-based company maintains long-standing relationships with major European satellite primes such as Airbus, Thales Alenia Space and OHB, as well as the European Space Agency (ESA). After the transaction, the existing management team will remain in office and support the company’s next growth stage together with SEVEST.
