Die Formycon AG (“Formycon”) ist eine strategische Partnerschaft mit Zydus Lifesciences Limited eingegangen, die die exklusive Lizenzierung und Lieferung von FYB206 – einem Biosimilar-Kandidaten zu Keytruda® (Pembrolizumab) – in den Vereinigten Staaten und Kanada umfasst.

Im Rahmen der Vereinbarung erhält Formycon Voraus- und Meilensteinzahlungen im niedrigen zweistelligen Millionen-Euro-Bereich im Jahr 2025, zusätzliche Entwicklungs- und Zulassungsmeilensteine im mittleren zweistelligen Millionenbereich sowie eine Bruttoerlösbeteiligung im mittleren zweistelligen Prozentbereich nach Markteinführung.

Formycon AG (“Formycon”) has entered into a strategic partnership with Zydus Lifesciences Limited for the exclusive licensing and supply of FYB206, a biosimilar candidate to Keytruda® (Pembrolizumab), in the United States and Canada.

Under the agreement, Formycon will receive upfront and milestone payments in the low double-digit million-euro range in 2025, additional development and regulatory milestone payments in the mid double-digit million range, as well as a mid double-digit percentage share of gross profits upon market launch.
